Laura is a documentary and portrait photographer. Laura has exhibited her work nationally, and is found in private collections across the country. Her work reflects empathy and intimacy with her subjects, as she captures the small, essential moments in life.

Currently, Laura is working on several books. “Forever Family” is a photo essay
about adoptive families. She is also collaborating on a book about the yoga of parenting.

Recently, Laura’s work was selected as a finalist for Photolucida’s Critical Mass. Laura’s work has recently been exhibited at the Throckmorton Theatre, The Houston Center for Photography, and at The Center for Fine Art Photography
